Steps to Maintain a Physically Fit Body

Exercise is the most important in the promotion of a body in good physical shape factor. In addition, exercise can be dangerous when not started in a phased manner. Similarly, the exercise should be considered for age, physical and cardiovascular health.

A male body can be adaptable, energetic normal work-outs, but since we already have the computer world as the smart button and sometimes not work-outs get those anymore. Having exercise can help keep bones and small muscles. It also helps to reduce the threat and tried some of the attacks and heart disease, as well as the expansion of the ability to survive when a person suffers. It also helps in weight loss by burning fat in the body. It also works well to reduce stress and anxiety in our daily lives. Exercise can also help maintain a healthy mind, with the decrease of apprehension and sadness too.


Here are some tips to maintain a physically fit body, with things to avoid:


-Do not hesitate to think that exercise is done to damage yourself to be in good physical shape.


-Do not force yourself to continue working when you feel tired.


-Take a break when you are tired or upset.


But before you start exercising must first consult your doctor or health care professional.


Basic steps before and after exercise:


One: Before starting the race, the first brisk walk for about 5 minutes, then do the jogging. Then walk for 15 seconds every 5 min trot, then walk for 5 minutes. After the race, or walking for about five minutes and finally is to walk for 5 minutes.


Two:Second step is to walk for 2 minutes after the race at the same time published. After the race, a 30 sec. walk through the muscle to relax for a while and then, after 2 min. to walk before you start another round of running and walking. Last but not least, take a walk for 2-3 minutes.
