New Year is a beginner or a change to a program of fitness and health. That
said, it is also one of the resolutions that most people drive in a few
weeks before falling into a large number of "everything is very
difficult." It's not as if people do not want to be in shape. But
they do not have the motivation to implement a fitness program in their
daily lives. His proven repeatedly that motivation is as important as
the exercises themselves, if you really want to achieve your fitness
goals and health.
While
each person has their own way to stay motivated and what works for some
may not work for others, there are some things we can all do to stay
motivated.
1) The first and most important is to find a good coach. Now, a good coach is not just someone who is very experienced and can show many different exercises. The
coach helps you stay motivated, is someone who will work with you and
build a fitness program that is fun and targeted to areas where more
attention is needed. Remember
that when you are with a friend or just listen to music, suddenly the
time the impression that you go faster and before you know you've done
one hour of training. It is the same with a good coach. A coach who wants to work with a friend is the ideal coach to keep you motivated.
2)
Once you have found the perfect coach for you, the next phase is to
develop a fitness program that does things that you not only enjoy, but
to understand the benefits of this program. Exercise should not be boring or the same thing repeated over and over again. In fact, for many people, their main excuse for not exercising think bored. If
you have found the right coach, then he or she will be able to develop a
training program that includes a series of activities such as
gymnastics, pilates, cardio and weight, among others. These
activities must be tailored to your specific needs and once you start
achieving some results, there is no better motivation to finally feel
the achievement of its objectives.
3) The objectives are, in fact, one of the keys to staying motivated. There is clearly an ultimate goal to achieve a certain level of fitness. But
if this is still the only goal, then in a week or so some may be
disappointed that they are far from what they want to achieve. Therefore, in addition to our main goal, which is good to have several small goals that are realistic and feasible. Once
you start hitting these targets, the rush you feel inside is amazing
and the mind is automatically motivated to reach the next goal and so
on. If your mind keeps you motivated and follow a fitness program is a "piece of cake".
