Is not it tempting? Only potable water to remove the scar! Well, it turns out, drinking more water is a great way to add more life to your skin, and generally improve their health. Is not that weird? Most
people say no, drinking water does not reduce the appearance of your
acne scars, and the chances that it actually works for you is very slim.
However, we all know that water is the basis of life, and without it we would literally die! So if you do not drink enough water, drink more not only to improve their health, could make improvements to your healing too.
OK amount of water? There is much debate about it. Most say eight glasses a day. Others say that it is not necessary because you get much of their water from food. This is true. Then you get other fans of natural foods that say you should drink a liter or two right after getting up in the morning! Gulp.
Personally, I think it's somewhere in between. Drink what your body wants. Stop
listening to what others say (you can stop listening to me so far at
the end of this article), and begin to listen to what you want. What your body needs. Know better than any doctor or someone I know. He knows exactly how much water they want to consume, so why not let them do that? Typically consume between 1.5 liters and 2.5 liters of water per day. My body loves things. I keep a bottle on my desk so it is available when you want. I suggest you do the same.
If the messages your body is not as clear, the next time you head to the bathroom, check the color of your urine. If it is a straw color, then you are well hydrated. If it's dark, you're a little dehydrated! If
the light is gone, you drink a little water, then your body needs - it
does not matter because even if your body has a mechanism of
elimination, a way to get rid of what you n 'do not want or need. So
you do not have to worry about excessive consumption (always listen
though. If you listen carefully, you'll know when you've had enough to
drink).
