Summer - Back Pain's Friend Or Foe?

When it comes to back pain, summer is the busiest time of year. One might assume that the winter can be worse, because it is very cold, which allows us to use, but you'd be wrong. The problem is that we have a winter that lasts for months in the UK, and some sun seems to have decided it is time to do everything possible outdoors. But as they say we should not make hay when the sun shines? Yes we should, but do not overdo it.
If we did not use the muscles needed for gardening for nine months, why suddenly is supposed still in good condition? It is rare that someone will not run for nine months and decide who should run the same distance as they did when they were training. So to avoid these common mistakes that we have to walk before you run. Try the following order of priority:

Be more active during the winter months. This is the perfect excuse for not doing it's cold outside gardening, but why not work the same muscles to join a gym. This could maintain joint mobility while maintaining strong muscles. Therefore, it would mean much lower impact on the body when the sun comes out and we do all the outdoor chores. In addition, you will have the obvious benefits of weight loss and improved overall well-being.

It's a shame, the gym is not for everyone. The next option would be to do everything at once when the sun rises. Unfortunately, we are not blessed with many sunny days in a row, but we try to spread the work over a week or more. At the end of the day, if you have a back injury that will take much longer than a week for your outdoor work.

If you are not the type to wait for the next step is for you. The recommended lease, but best of all is to take regular breaks. If you spend all day in the garden to try to take regular breaks and maintain good posture. This should give the body time to recover and reduce the risk of causing any damage to the rear.
Follow these tips and you have a better chance than most of being free of pain when the sun shines. This means that you can go out and enjoy!
