Sticks and stones may break my bones , but words will never hurt me positive fitness.

This small language sung in playgrounds across the country is far from accurate . While words alone can not physically hurt, can hurt so deeply on an emotional level that a person can physically ill positive fitness.

Many people who have been bullied at school say they prefer sticks and stones as only hurt for a while , but the pain caused by the hateful words can last a lifetime. Many adults suffer from personality disorders positive fitness, low self-esteem or other derivative insults or other insults unleashed on them during their childhood.
