Eggless carrot cake.

3 c . lemon juice

1 c .( lemon zest )

1 c . butter

In a small saucepan eggless carrot cake, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually stir in water and lemon juice . Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly.
